 Personal training is for anyone looking to improve their fitness, flexibility, and and overall wellness from the comfort of home. Whether you're a beginner looking to build strength, an experienced martial artist refining techniques, or someone seeking a structured workout plan, virtual training offers personalized guidance tailored to your goals.  

Our Instructors

 

James Lynch is a highly experienced personal trainer, combining over 20 years of martial arts instruction with expert knowledge in calisthenics, strength, and flexibility training. As a personal trainer, he has helped countless students from diverse backgrounds—ranging from beginners to advanced athletes—develop discipline, confidence, and functional fitness through structured, personalized coaching. His virtual training approach ensures that every session is tailored to the individual, providing real-time feedback, clear instruction, and progress-driven workouts.

James has worked with a wide range of clients, from helping someone rebuild strength after knee surgery so they could ski again, to guiding individuals post-heart surgery in regaining mobility and endurance for daily activities. Whether helping someone build strength, improve mobility, enhance self-defense skills, or achieve personal fitness milestones, James is committed to making training accessible, effective, and engaging for all fitness levels.
