Our virtual format allows us to bring martial arts and fitness classes to students from all backgrounds, to enjoy from the comfort of their own homes. We believe that all people deserve safe, supportive, and inclusive access to high-quality activities.
Students choose between kickboxing fitness classes only, or our full program which includes Taekwondo classes alongside our kickboxing fitness classes.
James Lynch is a highly experienced Taekwondo instructor who has dedicated over 30 years to the art, and holds a 4th Dan black belt. Jenny Johnson-Blanchard holds a 4th degree black belt in karate, and has also dedicated over 30 years to martial arts. Having taught students of all ages, from young children to adults, James and Jenny tailor each lesson to meet the unique needs and abilities of individuals, fostering growth, discipline, and confidence at every level.
